The Galápagos islands have been named as an endangered place, so if it’s one of the locales on your to-see list, you better get there soon. While hanging out with the native animals, such as giant tortoises and white-tipped reef sharks, could take up your entire vacation, be sure to leave time for all of the other adventurous activities the island has to offer.
